Our priority is to provide low-fee or no-fee services with higher yields on savings and lower rates on loans. Member deposits are insured up to $100,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. government agency.
At Grand Heritage, members are owners, not just "customers." The people on our volunteer Board of Directors, Credit Committees, and Supervisory Committee are member owners, who work in the best interest of other fellow member-owners. Surplus funds return to our members as dividends, reduced loan interest, and service improvements.
